Medical Staff Services provides medical staff and allied health credentialing services to health care facilities bringing more than 20 years of experience to the process. We provide dedicated service through quality, dependable and timely primary source verification services for over 20 different provider types including MDs, DOs, DPMs, DDSs, RNs, ARNPs, CRNA’s COAs, PAs, Surgery Technicians and more, for both initial appointment and reappointment processes.

Vicki established Medical Staff Services in 1994. She oversees the operation of Medical Staff Services, Inc, a centralized verification service offering services to hospitals. Vicki consults with numerous clients in health care regarding Joint Commission accreditation, CMS, AAAHC, KDHE and other regulatory requirements. Vicki provides presentations on numerous credentialing topics throughout the United States and is recognized as a specialist in medical staff credentialing, medical staff bylaw development and clinical privileging processes.

Prior to developing Medical Staff Services, she was the Medical Staff Coordinator at Wesley Medical Center, a 760 bed, 700+ physician, acute care facility in Wichita, Kansas.

In addition to completing her Masters in Health Care Administration from Wichita State University, Vicki has an undergraduate degree in Health Information Management and holds the Certified Professional Medical Staff Manager (CPMSM) certification from the National Association of Medical Staff Services.
