Through the PDS enrollment MSSI is notified of license status changes, disciplinary actions, Medicare/Medicaid sanctions and exclusions from participation while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Upon discovery or notification of the following actions taken against a practitioner, MSSI-CVS alerts clients of:

• Loss or limitation of license
• State sanctions, restrictions and/or limitations in scope of practice, as defined by the state licensing agent
• Medicare and Medicaid sanctions
• Disciplinary actions lasting for more than 30 days
• Exclusions from participation in Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement programs
• DEA Sanctions
